Get to know Sara Boulet and Moritz Hirche, two outstanding professionals who joined our team over the summer. They both bring a wealth of experience and dedication to their roles, and we’re excited to have them on board.
Moritz Hirche (“Moe” to friends and colleagues) joined WATSON as a Consultant in July. His background is in executive recruitment with a particular focus on the technology/life-science and industrial manufacturing industry, where he fostered a passion for human connection and a steadfast commitment to finding the best candidates for his clients. At WATSON, Moe will bring his recruitment expertise and high-touch, client-centric approach to the world of boards, including leading Director and CEO Searches across Canada.
When he’s not working, Moe prefers to be outdoors. You can find him ultra-trail running and road-biking near his home in North Vancouver or exploring different food from around the world.
Sara Boulet joined WATSON as an Associate in August. She brings diverse experience in family enterprise consulting, management consulting, and human resources, including experience in large professional services organizations. In her previous roles, she supported a wide range of clients including family-owned firms, publicly traded entities, not-for-profits, Crown corporations, and public agencies. Sara is also a certified Family Enterprise Advisor. At WATSON, Sara will apply her strong management consulting background and family enterprise experience on a broad range of projects, including board & director effectiveness, governance advisory, and board education.
Outside of work, Sara likes to take advantage of Toronto’s vibrant food scene. You can find her exploring Toronto’s many coffee shops, bars, and restaurants.
