Robyn Curry is an Analyst at WATSON and has been with WATSON for five years. She provides writing, editing, and research support to the WATSON Advisory team. During her time at WATSON she has worked with a wide range of organizations including not-for-profits, associations, public and private companies, and Crown corporations. She has assisted with numerous governance reviews, board and director evaluations, and governance manual and governance framework re-designs. She has drafted reports and recommendations, individual polices and framework documents, education curriculum and conducted analysis of survey and interview data.
Prior to joining WATSON, Robyn worked with the Government of Alberta, Student Aid Alberta for five and a half years. As the Post-Secondary Supervisor and Acting Manager of the Student Aid Assessment Team, Robyn was responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of her team and ensuring the unit success in achieving all of its objectives and key project risks. For two years, she sat on the Operational Policy Committee charged with modifying the Student Aid policy to better fit the needs of Albertans.
Robyn studied at the University of Alberta in Animal Sciences and continued her education through the Government of Alberta by completing the Supervisor Certificate Program, participating in the Management Development Program, and taking numerous valuable individual courses like Crucial Conversations and Leadership Fundamentals.
