
Ming Pilz
Ming Pilz is an Associate at WATSON, supporting clients on executive leadership, performance, and board questions that relate to people matters.
Prior to joining WATSON, Ming worked as a Human Resources Manager in a wide range of industries and organizations, including multinational corporations, a start-up, and a Crown corporation. Her human resources experience enables Ming to provide insightful advice on strategy, people risk management, organizational structure and development, and organizational culture.
During her previous work in human resources management, Ming led change management, as well as core human resources projects, such as compensation design, talent management, creation of performance evaluation tools, executive searches, and strategic human resources planning. She also managed national projects in outsourcing and payroll transition.
Having moved to Canada in 2004, Ming holds a law degree from University of Passau Germany. She is a Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) and is an active volunteer in the CPHR mentoring program.
Ming is passionate about food and the outdoors. When not at WATSON, you can find her running on the seawall in all weather.
