Jessica Katul
With over a decade of experience in policy, law, and governance, Jessica Katul has spent her career working with boards and leaders from member-based organizations, government agencies, publicly traded, and non-profit organizations alike. Over her years working in the healthcare and biotechnology industries, she had lead impactful policy changes on federal and provincial health issues and has designed governance policies that have been adopted by health care providers and agencies across Ontario.
Jessica holds a Bachelor of Medical Sciences, Honours Specialization in Toxicology, from the Schulich School of Medicine & Dentistry at the University of Western Ontario, and a Juris Doctor from Osgoode Hall Law School. Throughout her career, she has balanced a passion for purpose-driven work with her legal training to benefit her community and effect positive change amid complex systems and governance structures.
As a Consultant at WATSON, Jessica leverages her legal background and experience working with boards, committees, and senior management teams to deliver tailored and practical recommendations to boards across industries and sectors.
