Joanna is a Senior Associate with Watson’s Director and Executive Search Practice. She brings over 20 years experience providing board and executive search and talent advisory services to leading organizations across North America. A true generalist, the focus over the course of her career has been on board and C-suite assignments across a wide variety of industries. She has worked in both boutique and large multi-national search firms, and has completed countless searches locally, nationally and globally.

  • An active member of her community, she has served on various board, advisory councils and committees for local arts, sports and education organizations, including as a Board Director and Secretary for the North Shore Celtic Ensemble Board, and volunteering on the Parent Advisory Council Executive for the Cleveland School
