Marla McNally is the Financial Administrative Assistant at WATSON Inc. where she supports the team and business operations through database management, financial coordination and bookkeeping.
Marla brings with her almost two decades of administrative and customer service experience. Prior to joining WATSON, she contributed to the success and growth of companies in industries such as collections, payment processing and the group benefits and insurance field. Marla developed flexible interpersonal skills while working with all levels of stakeholders as well as training and mentoring new hires and colleagues. She was also instrumental in streamlining and implementing new procedures and processes.
While living in Edmonton, Marla attended Alberta College/MacEwan University for the Administrative Assistant program and later obtained additional training from Dalhousie University. She then lived in Tacoma, WA before settling in beautiful Vancouver. In her spare time she loves to explore what this city has to offer in addition to traveling to new destinations, near and far.
