Lynne Waters is the project manager and administrator for WATSON’s CEO Performance practice. She is involved in all aspects of each client project from proposal writing and design through to execution and post-project service.
Lynne brings over 25 years of administrative, operations and project management experience to this role. Prior to joining WATSON, she held the position of Business Process Manager with Insight Talent Advisors Inc. and Handfield Jones Inc. where she collaborated closely with Helen Handfield Jones on all projects. Prior to that, she worked for a large HR software company where she coordinated a global training program, managed remote software trainers, and planned and facilitated the training at the company’s annual offsite user conference.
Earlier in her career, Lynne was instrumental in growing a high tech company from a 2-person start-up to over 20 employees. As a master of managing projects Lynne facilitated the company move into a professional office space, hired technical, financial and sales staff and established corporate culture and procedures. Lynne has also managed a global work authorization process and database used by over 5,000 employees.
Lynne is based in WATSON’s Ottawa office.
