Kennedy is a Project Coordinator at WATSON. She supports all aspects of the project life cycle including project management and logistics, research, analysis, reporting, and administration. When Kennedy joined WATSON two years ago she supported the Search practice in Board and Executive recruitment where she was responsible for document creation, candidate management, and administration. After taking a break from WATSON to complete her Masters of Management at the Sauder School of Business, Kennedy joined WATSON again in her Project Coordinator role supporting various practice lines.
Prior to joining WATSON and while obtaining her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology at the University of British Columbia, Kennedy worked in the UBC Alma Mater Society as Associate VP University Affairs. In this role she represented 50,000+ students and advocated to improve the quality of students’ academic, social, and personal lives at UBC Vancouver. This experience sparked her interest in Board and Executive leadership, which led her to seek opportunities to learn more, such as supporting UBC’s Student Legal Fund Society as a Board Member. Kennedy also served as VP Public Relations and President of UBC’s largest student organization, which prides itself on leadership, academics, philanthropy, and community involvement.
