Bradley Chisholm’s experience in law, government, and organizational leadership adds unique value as a collaborator to WATSON Inc. He is involved with clients across the public, private and non-profit sectors. He is a facilitator in WATSON’s Governance Academy delivering governance education programs to both individual directors and boards. Bradley is experienced in the design and facilitation of effective dialogue inside the boardroom and helping boards build meaningful feedback processes into their work. Bradley is currently on temporary assignment with the College of Registered Nurses of British Columbia as the Acting Director of Strategy.
Prior to joining WATSON, Bradley was a partner of a management consulting firm specializing in leadership development and executive coaching. He previously served as the chief of staff to Alberta’s Attorney General as well as Alberta’s Minister of Municipal Affairs and Housing. Bradley built a reputation in government for creating collaborative teams, incorporating multiple government agencies, and bridging the gap between political and civil service leadership.
Bradley was born and raised on a five-generation family grain farming operation in Maidstone, Saskatchewan. He attained his JD from the University of Calgary and his BA Economics from McGill University and is a member of the Law Society of Alberta. Before joining government, Bradley practiced commercial real estate law in Calgary at an international firm. He holds his executive coaching certification from the Hudson Institute of Coaching and is an accredited Professional Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation.
