Jenn Fong is an Analyst at WATSON Inc. She provides project management, writing, editing, and research support to projects of varying size and complexity. Jenn is experienced in supporting Board and Director evaluations, governance design and restructuring assignments and the development of governance process flows and documentation. She has written educational reports and memos for specific client issues, conducted analysis of survey and interview data, drafted reports and recommendations and understands the difficult dynamics that arise within different governance frameworks. She has helped develop curriculum and facilitated education sessions and provides project coordination support for the dynamic team at WATSON. Jenn has worked with a wide array of clients, including public sector entities (provincial and federal), member-based associations, regulatory bodies, co-operatives, and private and public companies.
Prior to working at WATSON, Jenn completed her Master of Public Policy and Governance at the University of Toronto and worked for the Ontario Public Service. There she managed grant programs, engaged with stakeholders and oversaw project delivery for the Ministry of Economic Development, Employment and Infrastructure, and the Ministry of Citizenship and Immigration. Jenn also has a Bachelor of Science in Behavioural Neuroscience from the University of British Columbia. She currently sits on the Board of the Firehall Arts Center located in Vancouver.
