WATSON at John Furlong Board of Trade event

Posted in: WATSON at Events

WATSON enjoyed John Furlong’s passionate story of UNBREAKABLE resolve, humility and inner belief in the face of life’s toughest and, at times, seemingly insurmountable challenges can expose true character and inspire personal success.  Speaking at the Vancouver Board of Trade event at the Wall Centre on November 25, 2015, Furlong told his very personal story both before and after the Games – a deeply human, inspiring testament to overcoming the odds in business, in sport and in life.  Described as the ultimate crisis manager and sport ambassador, having steered the Vancouver 2010 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games through monumental challenges to achieve resounding international acclaim, John Furlong demonstrated his immense leadership and belief in family and true friends  to carry us through crisis.
