Diana Seehagen has over 15 years experience working with Boards of Directors in various sectors, most recently as the Acting Corporate Secretary with BC Hydro. Diana has managed all aspects of the Board / management relationship. She has been responsible for developing web-based training tools, organizing Board retreats, policy development and implementation. She is well versed in corporate governance practices and procedures.

Prior to working with Boards, Diana worked in various senior administrative roles most frequently in a project manager capacity. She volunteers with Harbour Lights, the Union Gospel Mission and is actively involved with strata management projects.
